"In my many years as an awake channel, I have never met a person who didn’t need to heal. Whether one held the popular belief they were enlightened or were suffering from trauma related abuse, I found on a deeper level, a disconnect with their physical sensations and emotions. The “felt” connection to the most valuable real estate on the planet, the human body had been lost, forgotten or pushed away. Individuals have substituted the fragmented mind’s eye view of life for the internal navigational system of the Light Body. This "GPS of the soul" is what has been forgotten on this planet. Every sentient being now has the opportunity to be awake to their own unique energy signature, and to say who it is that they came here to be known as."

New Skills For Humanity: A FREE On Line Video Course

"New Skills For Humanity" is a prerequisite for taking the one day workshop with Lisa Oswald. It will provide an intellectual foundation for the workspace that is created and felt during a Light Body Activation with Pleiadian Great Light as well as presenting a radical new approach to healing and understanding why we are here. It is for everyone who wants to grow and find the willingness, trust and courage, deep inside, to make new, conscious, "somatic" choices. Light Body Activation Workshop

A Project Light Body workshop is a unique opportunity for women and men to have an once-in-a-lifetime, soul-moving, down-to-earth day with one of the most empowering healers on the planet. There are not many healer who are able to instantly know, see and communicate the full range of life and all its’ complexities. Lisa is an awake and conscious channel, and a teacher fully engaged in this challenging and joyful work. She holds and maintains the work space for the full embodiment of the light being, Pleiadian Great Light. She is a channel for life, universal light and uplifting awake energy which fills the workshop space and moves all soul light “home” to each individual. Her light simultaneously defines finite and stable boundaries that protect the sanctity of life and the light body in the here-and-now, while loosening the “grip” of the fragmented mind’s eye view of life.

A message from Lisa...

“So what does it feel like to be alive in your body?” “What are you tuned into?”

Somatic healing work begins with establishing an orientation in the here-and-now, physical body. Just like a captain on her ship, standing at the helm, ready to set course and navigate, we have to be able to notice and care for all the parts of our ships, from the dark bilges below, to the lofty crow’s nests. We also have to tend to the motley crews and all their diverse personalities and be aware of any nearby ships that might threaten safe passage. When we locate ourselves in our own, unique vessels, we notice the clear parameters of the physical body, emotions, psychology, and personality choices; all of which are supportive and essential to deep healing work. We must embrace these components as our own and recognize that angst, anger, scared and resistance-like sensations are critical “clue ins” to the uncharted territories within. Growth comes from the ability to engage the unfamiliar with willingness, trust and courage accompanied by the skills to detect how we can keep from jumping ship!

So how do you make a choice? Who or what decides for you? Is it reason or faith? A parent or spouse? A teacher or guru? A scripture or vow? A teaching or eternal truth? Habits, addictions, venerated traditions and popular beliefs that mirror the people, places and things outside the physical body make up the “armadas” of the fragmented mind’s eye view of life that pre-define choice. They become substitutes for the internal navigational system, a “GPS of the soul,” the Light Body, which is synonymous with somatic conscious choice. The birthright of all sentient life forms is the ability to be self aware and self determined. We have been given the tools to make that an every day experience and to create and express our own individuality.

Delving into one’s own interior “landscape” is the key to unlocking the memory of who it is that you came here to be known as and becoming captain of your own destiny. Under the right conditions, carbon forms into a diamond deep below the earth’s crust, eventually rising to the surface to be mined. Within each individual’s real physical body are strong sensations and emotions also waiting to be brought to the surface to forge a rich and heart-felt appreciation for the challenges that are part of honest, somatic healing work. This soul work ignites a life-affirming process that creates a buoyant, mature and self illuminated individual."
